2007 10 Year Anniversary Dinner

Saturday 9 December 2017

Trinity Hall

Those of you who matriculated in 2007, either as undergraduates or postgraduates, are invited back to College to celebrate 10 years since you arrived at Trinity Hall.

Booking has now closed.

To see a Guest List of those already booked in, click here.

You will need to log-in to your Trinity Hall account to see it and can link to the log-in screen from the Guest List page.

Details for the dinner -

7.00pm: Drinks reception in the Master's Lodge.

7.30pm: Dinner in the Dining Hall.

The Aula Bar will be open after the dinner.

Dress code for the drinks and dinner will be formal evening wear/smart.

Guests are invited to the dinner, with an initial limit of one per person. The cost of the dinner is £50 per person, including drinks.

As entitlement for the students' accommodation only ends on 8 December, we will not know until much nearer the time how many rooms will be available in College for the night of the dinner, or additional nights. At this stage, if you would like a room in College, please select "yes" in the  Accommodation Required box on the booking form, and I will allocate available rooms in the order requested as far in advance as I can. As a guide, the options available are - single student rooms on Central Site (£40.00 Bed & Breakfast); single ensuite rooms at Wychfield (£42 room only or £52 B&B); or double rooms at WYNG Gardens on Thompson's Lane (available as single or double occupancy and room only or B&B ranging from £70-£120). Breakfast for both Wychfield and WYNG Gardens guests will be served on Central Site and it is not possible for children under the age of 16 to stay in College accommodation. If you would prefer to book a hotel or B&B room as a backup, or instead of College accommodation, you may like to refer to the Visit Cambridge website or indeed look on Cambridge Rooms.

If you need to cancel your place at the event, please do so in plenty of time as we will not be able to offer a refund after midnight on Monday 4 December, other than in exceptional circumstances.
