MA degree and Reunion for 2010 undergraduates.
Those undergraduates who matriculated in 2010 and graduated more than 2 years ago are now able to register to take the MA degree on the 25 March 2017.

The MA is a complicated event and there is a lot of information available to help make the event run smoothly.
The Master, The Revd Dr Jeremy Morris, has written a letter of invitation, which you can download here. An important part of the degree ceremony is the dress code. If you are taking your degree in person you will need to hire a gown and hood, and you can find information on where to hire these, and what to wear under them, from the University website. Information on how to wear your gown can be downloaded here.

The exact timing of the ceremony will only be known the week before the event, but the Trinity Hall contingent usually proceeds to the Senate House around 1.00pm. If you decide to take your MA in person, we will be taking a group photo before the line-up, and the line-up itself will be in College at least half an hour before the ceremony, although the timings can change by as much as an hour so please wait until the final confirmation before you make definitive arrangements for the day. On the day itself, make sure you arrive in Cambridge in good time and carefully observe the dress and gown code as explained in the Master’s letter and in the guidelines, otherwise you may not be allowed to proceed. If you don't want to take the MA in person you can go through in absence and the certificate will be sent to you the following week.
Following the ceremony, the College will serve refreshments for you and your guests (a maximum of 3 guests per alumnus). There will be no cost for alumni to attend the refreshments, and guests will be charged £15.00 each. There will also be a Reunion dinner in Trinity Hall on the evening of 25 March for the 2010 year group. Previous MA dinners have been very popular, and we expect this one to be well-attended too. Space in the dining hall, as I’m sure you remember, is rather restricted, so it will be possible to bring one guest, but this will be on a first come-first served basis, with priority given to alumni. There will be a seating plan for the dinner, so please indicate on the booking form who you would like to sit with. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. The pre-dinner drinks are being generously sponsored by the Trinity Hall Association. Dress code for the dinner is black tie/suit (no gowns).
If you wish to take your MA and attend the reunion dinner, the cost will be £50.00. If you do not wish to attend the dinner, the cost of taking your MA, whether in person or in absentia, will be £20.00.
College rooms will be available for the night of Saturday 25 March, and you can choose from single rooms on Central Site, costing £40.00 for Bed & Breakfast; single ensuite rooms at Wychfield (£42 room only or £52 B&B); or double rooms at WYNG Gardens on Thompson's Lane (available as single or double occupancy and room only or B&B ranging from £70-£120). If you wish to stay overnight, please choose your preferred option on the booking form and we will make every attempt to find a room for you in that location. Rooms will be allocated on a first come-first served basis.
If you need to cancel your place at the event, please do so in plenty of time as we will not be able to offer a refund after midnight on Monday 20 March, other than in exceptional circumstances.
