The Marshall McLuhan Symposium is the MCR's flagship annual academic event in which graduate students, fellows and members of the college academic community from all subject areas come together to present on aspects of their research.

The McLuhan Symposium is an all-day event which consists of talks and presentations by current graduate students. All alumni are invited to attend the final keynote by TH alumna, Dr Noemie Bouhana (1998), Senior Lecturer at the Department of Security and Crime Science, University College London, which will be preceded by a drinks reception in the Terrace Room. This year's theme is 'Extremes'.
