Day Ticket
£15.00 per person | you are invited to bring one guest
A day ticket will give you access to the sessions taking place between 11:00 and 17:45 as follows:
• Welcome from the Master and Poster Session
• An Afternoon Tour (you will be asked to select when booking)
• Tea and Cake on Latham Lawn
• Panel Discussion
Please note that this ticket does not include the Drinks Reception, Anniversary Dinner or the Black & White Ball.

Day Ticket, reduced rate (for those attending dinner)
£5.00 per person | you are invited to bring one guest
We are offering a reduced rate Day Ticket to anyone booking to attend the Anniversary Dinner. This will give you access to the sessions taking place between 11:00 and 17:45 as follows:
• Welcome from the Master and Poster Session
• An Afternoon Tour (you will be asked to select when booking)
• Tea and cake on Latham Lawn
• Panel Discussion
Please note that you will also need to select the Dinner Ticket when booking.

Dinner Ticket (Evening Ticket included)
£70.00 per person | you are invited to bring one guest
A Dinner Ticket is available for those who would like to attend the Drinks Reception, Anniversary Dinner and the Black & White Ball.

Please note that this ticket does not include access to the afternoon sessions. If you would like to attend the afternoon sessions, you should also purchase a Day Ticket, reduced rate (for those attending dinner) when booking.

Evening Ticket
£15.00 per person | you are invited to bring up to three guests
An Evening Ticket is available for anyone who would like to attend the Black & White Ball but does not wish to attend the Drinks Reception and Anniversary Dinner beforehand. A drink will be included in the ticket price.

Please note that you will not be permitted to enter the College before 22:00.

Accommodation
Accommodation will be available for the night of Saturday 1 July, and you can choose from single rooms on Central Site (£40 B&B); single ensuite rooms at Wychfield (£42 room only or £52 B&B); or double rooms at WYNG Gardens on Thompson's Lane (available as single or double occupancy and room only or B&B ranging from £70-£120). Accommodation is available for all of the above ticket options. If you are booking online, you will be given the opportunity to add a room to your booking. Rooms will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Breakfast for all locations will be served in the Dining Hall on central Site from 8:45am-9:30am.
